Services
- Clinical Data - As clinical information is generated and shared with SCeHA, it becomes accessible in near real-time to participating healthcare providers via the HIE tools. Providers can securely access patient information online. SCeHA retrieves clinical data from participants and displays it on a view-only screen at the point of care.
- InContext (Provider Portal) - Clinical data can be accessed in various ways. InContext integrates with many EMRs, including Epic, Cerner, Athena, eClinicalWorks, and more, to aggregate critical information relevant to your role in patient care. It displays data from multiple sources, offering an at-a-glance view of the patient’s clinical history. This includes a compilation of care management data, real-time hospital encounter feeds, up-to-date demographic information, Labs, and clinical summaries from our real-time interfaces with providers across the region. If your EMR is not supported by InContext, the same information can be accessed via the Provider Portal.
- Event Notifications provide real-time alerts for patient hospital encounters, allowing for effective management of patient rosters through ADT triggers and bulk file uploads. These notifications include specific disease alerts and are complemented by the Population Explorer, which summarizes recent patient events to provide the latest status updates.
- eHealth Exchange - Access patient documents available through the national network of hospitals and providers via seamless integration.
- Direct Secure Messaging is a secure, standardized way for healthcare providers to send and receive encrypted health information over the internet. It facilitates the exchange of patient information between different healthcare systems and providers, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations. This communication method enhances coordination of care and streamlines the sharing of critical patient data.
